How many people does the Winelands PASS cover?

The Winelands PASS is valid for the PASS holder only

How long is a week?

The week PASS is valid for 7 consecutive days from activation date. This means that if you select a week PASS to commence on a Wednesday, it will expire the following Tuesday at the close of business.

Why do I need to book directly with the partner?

Booking directly with the partner confirms availability, reserves your booking, and keeps you updated to avoid potential disappointment.

 

We recommend that you always confirm with the partner that your understanding of the offer is correct and valid. Also, ensure that the offer is valid for that day as indicated on the Offers page.

What is the promo code and when do I use it?

When booking with certain Partners online, you will need to enter a promo code to redeem your exclusive offer.

The special promo code, generated with your PASS, will need to be used when booking online with the following Partners:

Can I book through a third party agency?

Winelands PASS offers are exclusive to the Winelands PASS and can only be redeemed directly with the Partner/establishment.

How do I book accommodation?

Pre-bookings for accommodation is essential and has to be made directly with the establishment in advance.   When securing the booking always ensure that you mention the Winelands PASS and that you will be using the offer relevant to the establishment. You will be required to display your PASS and photo ID upon check-in.

How long are offers valid for?

Offers from our partners can change without notice. We recommend that you always confirm on the day and also as stated above with partners directly.

Who can use the WinelandsPASS?

Only the person whose name is on the Winelands PASS, accompanied by a valid ID. Your Winelands PASS is also non-transferable.

What is deemed as valid ID?

South African ID card/book, Valid Driver’s License, current Passport, or any valid documentation with a photo ID.

How many times can I use my WinelandsPASS?

Unlimited times. Also note your Winelands PASS is only valid for the date(s) of purchase and can be used on the date(s) valid until the closing times of participating partners. Your Winelands PASS can only be used once per visit/booking.

How do I present my Winelands PASS and get my exclusive rates/promotions?

Present your Winelands PASS on your mobile or use a printed copy. You will also need a valid ID.

Can I exchange my Winelands PASS for cash or get a refund?

Your Winelands PASS has no cash value and cannot be refunded.

What constitutes a full day?

Full day is from the time that participating partners open until they close.

What happens if I cannot use my Winelands PASS?

You may be able to claim a voucher for use at a later date, please contact us on info@winelandspass.co.za or 021 300 2128.

Can I combine my Winelands PASS with other exclusive rates/promotions?

No, the Winelands PASS cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions that a partner might have.

Can I buy the Winelands PASS for a friend?

Absolutely, best present ever! Please ensure you have their correct details when purchasing a PASS.

What if I lose my Winelands PASS?

Please contact us, we will email you a new PASS.

What are your operational hours?

Winelands PASS office hours are Monday to Friday, 09h00 – 16h00.

What do you do with our personal details?

We store all personal information securely in accordance with our data privacy policy that can be found under https://winelandspass.co.za/privacy-policy/. If you consent, we will occasionally send you details of exciting new offers.

Can I use my Winelands PASS for takeaway deals or offers?

No, the Winelands PASS cannot be used for any takeaway deals or offers from any of our partners.

How do you determine the total amount of savings displayed on the home page?

The savings amount displayed on the home page is based on total savings on a week PASS.

What happens if an offer or promotion is cancelled?

Winelands PASS cannot be held responsible for promotions that are cancelled due to government regulations and/or cancellation/changes made to the offers by any partner.

What happens in the event of overbooking?

Winelands PASS cannot be held responsible for any changes to your booking and do not guarantee any reservation.

What about my personal belongings?

Winelands PASS and/or its partners will not be held responsible for the loss and/or theft of any personal belongings including, but not limited to money, mobile phones, cameras, computers, bags, or wallet.
